Three years in the making, 460 pages, over 1,100 photos and illustrations, 200,000 words, and a cast of thousands, the WSC Centenary book is finally about to see light of day.
Meticulously pieced together from the Club’s Minute Books and correspondence records, as well as including many personal narratives and contributions, this is a history like no other.
The history of the Club is split into four extensive sections, each covering a quarter century. In addition, there are chapters covering all the main classes adopted by the club, with many other chapters on property, the clubhouse, the galley, Deben Week, Cartoons, Easter Eggs, famous members, designers, and trophy winners.
